Hefeweizen Wheat

This traditional hazy white wheat beer hails from the Bavarian region of Germany. Soft German malted wheat couples with German pilsner malt and a zesty weizen yeast to create a refreshing wheat beer with clove and banana notes. Drunk by Germany nobility, Hefeweizen was the only style of beer “grandfathered” in after the German beer purity was passed in 1516, and it is still a favorite in Bavaria today.

We have infused our award-winning Porter with Sweet Cherries and aged it on Oak Chips soaked in single barrel Kentucky Bourbon. This more mellow porter has a smooth vanilla undertone to complement the dark velvety chocolate notes inhabiting the depths of this beer.
